Fibreglass film wrapped wire
Introduction: Fibreglass film wrapped wire is the premium copper or aluminum wire to be wrapped with polyester film or polyimide film, then to be wrapped with single or double fibreglass. It should be impregnated in insulating varnish by required thermal class, and then baked to make fibreglass, film and conductor together. The product has high breakdown voltage and thermal classes of 130, 155, 180, 200. It is widely applied in reactors, transformers, electrical machines and other similar electrical instruments.

●Raw materials：
The resistivity of aluminum flat wire can not be more than 0.028010Ωmm2 / m in 20 ℃.
The resistivity of copper flat wire can not be more than 0.01724Ωmm2 / m in 20 ℃.
●Insulation thickness of double fibreglass wrapped copper or aluminum wire should be conform to the table as follow. Or negotiated by the supplier and buyer together. Thickness of narrow side (B-b) is not considered
